Lead The Way Youth Initiative is a community nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering safe, structured, and supportive programs for children and young adults. Our mission is to empower youth to make positive life choices through mentorship, education, leadership development, and engagement. When we started in 2013, we were birthed into the community with our "No Child Left Behind for The Holidays" initiative, which provided a Christmas giveaway to over a dozen families and more than 50 children. This impactful program was made possible through the generous support of our donors, sponsors and Team Leaders whose contributions allowed us to bring joy and hope to those in need.​Since our inception, we have supported over 100 families and positively impacted countless youth. You’ll find LTW consistently making a difference in the community—feeding the homeless, distributing coats and blankets, and offering unwavering compassion.
